A weekend of racing with MRO Stock 600 &TK Cope R6 Series, MRO Morello Powerbikes, MRO Supersport 600, MRO Superteens (125s & 80s), Norfolkline Yamaha Past Masters, BMZRC 250 MZ, Thunderbike UK, F1 & F2 Sidecars, Two Stroke GP Classic Series
Youngsters of the future will go head to head in the Superteens
category, with Tommy Philp making a name for himself, leading the
championship on 405 points. He's a long way ahead of Jake Dixon,
but perhaps the most impressive rider this season has been Chrissy
Rouse who has only raced in selected rounds so far, but
nevertheless lies fourth in the standings, having won all but one
of the races he has competed in.
Also in action this weekend are the MRO Supersport and Stocksport
categories. Daniel Fowler is the leader in the Supersport, but is
closely followed by Peter Molloy and Chris Burrage, while Tony
Coombs is dominating the Stocksport category, leading by over 130
points from Burrage and James Phare.
The ThunderbikeUK.com series is headed by Steve Jordan, but he is
being shadowed all the way by Mark Lister, with Steve Palmer
third.
Thrilling action will also be provided by the daredevil sidecar
championships, with action from both F1 and F2 this weekend. Gary
Smith/Chris Firmin and Graeme Rothwell/Jamie Soames cant be split
at the top of the F1 standings, both pairs on 320 points. The F2
sidecars are very much one sided though, with Jason Steer/Luke
Crafton 200 points clear of their nearest competitiors.
Further action will be provided by the MRO Morello Powerbikes,
BMZRC 250MZ, Norfolkline Yamaha Past Masters and the Two-Stroke GP
Classic Series.
